The adventure begins

So it's official, I'm gone tomorrow morning at 6. Two thoughts come to mind. First, if I'm going to be driving all day tomorrow, why am I still awake? Second, I'm a little sad about it. I imagine once I'm on the road things will get better. However, for this moment in time, I don't really want to go.

Our First Blog Post

A whole new era has begun, the era of separation. While that is generally a crappy thing, it won't be this time. Okay, I lied. It kind of stinks a bit. However, this blog will be a way for the two of us to keep each other and our friends and family updated on the goings on in our lives. While we may be apart physically, at least we don't have to wait three weeks for letters to arrive. Even though letters are traditionally more romantic and smiled upon, we have chosen to blog. I'm grateful for the impersonal blog, it is the perfect medium for sharing our wacky adventures. We hope you enjoy reading as much as we enjoy doing.
